Deidre Dowling MA, CPCDeidre Dowling, MA, CPC, CPOC, Director of Administrative, currently manages and coordinates Human Resources, Corporate Compliance, and Training. Additionally, she often leads and/or supports quality improvement and staff engagement initiatives. She works closely with Coding, Billing and other key functional areas to support Strategic’s vision of providing superior services to our customers.

Deidre joined Strategic Solutions in 2012, having spent the majority of her career developing and implementing education and training programs for adult learners in both community and corporate settings

The Department’s full-time trainers all have significant experience as medical billers and understand how to bill for both private practice and hospital-based physician groups.

The Training Department provides a structured training program to all new billers who join Strategic Solutions. Additionally, the Department develops and facilitates training to existing staff on a wide range of billing-related issues including: billing for specific medical specialties; Corporate Compliance; and improving efficiencies in the billing process.

The Training Department works closely with Billing Managers, the Coding Department, as well as the Corporate Compliance Committee, to ensure training information is timely, up to date and accurate.
