Karen Roy, CPC, Director of Practice Consulting Services, has over 30 years of experience in both hospital and private practice settings.
She brings strong operational and management expertise to the firm. Karen joined Strategic Solutions in 2006 and has a primary role in consulting, practice management, and coding documentation.
Prior to this, Karen worked as Director of Operations at Seton Health where she was responsible for the fiscal and operational management of primary and specialty care networks.
Areas of expertise: PCMH, practice management and operational troubleshooting, coding audits, compliance, and program development.
