Scott Smith, Director, Information Services and Technical Consulting, leads the IT Department. Scott has experience providing technical hardware/software support in a Windows environment, as well as detailed knowledge of network infrastructure, site-to-site connectivity, including Sonicwall support and maintenance, Windows Server 2016 and 2019, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, VDE Configurations and Avaya.
Prior to joining Strategic Solutions, he worked in healthcare IT settings providing system support and repair. The IT department works directly with Medent on implementation and maintenance of the system. Additionally, IT works with staff and external clients to set up and maintain EMR systems.
