Karen Normington, Business Development Specialist, has over twenty years of experience in Medical Billing.
During her time at Strategic Solutions Karen has held several positions. When first joining our team, her role was a Billing Specialist. Quickly she rose to manage a team of her own billers. Over time she joined the Training Team and assisted in helping to prepare new employees for their billing role.
Currently, Karen is responsible for identifying and establishing new business partnerships throughout the Northeast as well as retention strategies for new and developed client relationships.
